Blind Enthusiasm Brewing Company

The Blind Enthusiasm Brewing Company is an internationally award-winning brewery that has been operating in Edmonton since 2017. The Market brewery (situated within the restaurant, Biera) makes ales, lagers, and barrel-aged beers, and the Monolith makes beers inspired by Belgian Lambic tradition. The Monolith’s spontaneous and mixed fermentation beers ferment for up to 4 years in wine and spirit barrels and display characteristics similar to wine, champagne, and cider. These unique beers have been recognized with multiple medals at the World Beer Cup and the Concours de Lyon.
